We are now accepting applications for Fall 2022 (quarter starting September 26, 2022). Applications for our Fall 2022 will be accepted beginning January 1 with a March 15, 2022 priority review date (reviewed on a monthly basis after, until all spots are filled).

Additionally, select students can apply for early admissions for Spring 2022. Email bas-info@seattlecolleges.edu if you have met one of the criteria below, as you may be eligible to apply for early admission into the program: 

  • Previously completed an Associate degree
  • Previously completed a bachelor’s degree
  • Previously completed 90+ credits are not actively pursuing an associate degree
  • Finishing/Completing an Associate degree in the current quarter

Early Admission applications will be reviewed monthly. 

New building construction in Seattle is booming, creating new business offices, apartment buildings, and mixed-use commercial and residential buildings all over Seattle. These new buildings have created a surge in demand for professionally trained property managers who have the skills and training to manage a portfolio of properties.  In 2016, there was over 11,000 unique job postings for property managers in Seattle.

North’s Property Management BAS is the only property management bachelor’s degree on the west coast and will offer a unique hands-on program preparing students to immediately work in Seattle’s changing commercial and residential landscape.  The PM BAS program will prepare graduates for careers in property management with current median earnings of over $60,000 per year in Seattle.

The PM BAS program utilizes current property management professionals and firms to create and update the program curriculum, ensuring graduates have the skills and knowledge required to succeed a rapidly growing and changing Seattle region.
