South’s Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Hospitality Management will provide you with the skills, and tools to leverage your associate degree in accounting, business, culinary, or other related areas of study.

The BAS programs are designed primarily for students who completed an AAST degree, however, we encourage any student with an associate degree or 90 college level credits to inquire about applying.

Management-level positions in the hospitality industry now require much more than just management skills: managers are expected to demonstrate understanding of legal issues, people’s operations, cost controls and marketing/branding. The Hospitality Management BAS degree will open doors for you in tourism, hotel operations, restaurant management, catering, cruise ship operations, casino operations, and travel. And we also partner with many companies in the rapidly growing new sectors of hospitality field such as assisted and independent living facilities, and corporate hospitality.

Please note that you will need a Student Identification Number (SID) to apply for this program.
